October 2026. This statement explains which personal data is processed when you visit jonasgoebel.com, for what purpose, and what rights you have. The German version is legally binding.

1. Controller

Jonas Goebel
Feldmannstraße 96
66119 Saarbrücken, Germany
Email: mail@jonasgoebel.com

I am not required to appoint a data protection officer.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open a page, the server automatically processes technical data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website, keep it secure and detect errors or abuse. The logs are kept only as long as needed for these purposes and then deleted.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is a secure, working website. ALL-INKL processes this data on my behalf under a data processing agreement, with servers located in Germany.

3. No cookies, no analytics

This website sets no cookies, uses no visitor analytics or tracking and stores nothing on your device, which is why there is no cookie banner. Fonts, images and scripts are hosted on my own web space, no content from third parties is loaded.

4. Contact by email

If you send me an email, I process your email address, your message and any details in it in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my interest in answering enquiries, and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract. The mailbox is also provided by ALL-INKL (see section 2). I delete your message once it is dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.

The “Copy address” button only copies the address to your device’s clipboard, no data is transmitted.

5. Links to other websites

This website links to, among others, my profile and templates on Framer (framer.com). No data is passed to the other provider unless you click a link. After the click, that website’s privacy policy applies, for Framer: framer.com/legal/privacy-statement.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). A short email to mail@jonasgoebel.com is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Responsible for me is the Unabhängiges Datenschutzzentrum Saarland, Fritz-Dobisch-Straße 12, 66111 Saarbrücken, Germany.

7. Other

There is no automated decision-making or profiling. I update this statement when the website changes.
